Terms of customer.

1. Receipt, Inspection & Condition of Incoming Items

Customer is responsible for properly packing, labeling, and shipping Items. Rug-Be Bears is not liable for damage or loss that occurs in transit. Rug-Be Bears reserves the right to refuse or return any item that is unsuitable. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless otherwise agreed upon.

2. Payment

Payment is due before work is completed. Finished work is not released until paid in full. Unpaid items may be disposed of or sold after reasonable notice is given.

3. Shipping of Finished Work

Rug-Be Bears will package items to the best of their ability in order to avoid damage in shipping. Rug-Be Bears is not liable for damage or loss that occurs in transit.
